The location of this place is really wonderful, as it is very close to a local beach.

The venue is fairly clean, with great and magnificent location very close to the centre of the main shopping street between the Port and the main shopping street between the Port and Lacco Ameno. The rooms are exceptionally nice here with slim balcony and a huge terrace, as example. All of the hotel's staff are amicable and helpful...

It was special and beautiful hotel and we had a really great stay. The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to Naples, and Giardini La Mortella. Furthermore, in the center of Ischia-Porto.

Hotel Floridiana Terme is an ideal central hotel with perfect views. the friendly staff and brand-new amenities made my stay enjoyable. the king room had a very comfy bed that I loved. In addition, it included a safe, a mini-fridge-bar, and a work desk. the location is marvellous and magnificent, right by Venice, Naples, and Capri, in the center of the main shopping street between the Port and Ponte.

The staff was helpful and polite. Really enjoyed pastries, fruit, and eggs for breakfast...

I wanted to visit Pineta Park Mirtina and chose Floridiana Terme for its proximity. The experienced staff pleasantly surprised me with their attention to detail and creating an environment of absolute relaxation. The outdoor bar next to the pool offered a light and tasty lunch, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

We were impressed with the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Lucia at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including three pools and easy access to the sea, providing us with options for relaxation and enjoyment. We also appreciated the two private terraces in our room, which offered a peaceful retreat where we could unwind and admire the surroundings.

Great family time, good for kids to relax and have fun. Surrounded by warm Italy hospitality, delicious local food, and beautiful beaches. At 5 minutes walking distance, you can find charming local shops run by local people and iconic landmarks, ideal to take fantastic pictures. Christmas markets and light decorations embrace the atmosphere of happiness and joy.

The worst of it, it was not cheap at all, and it seemed that some services were covered in the price, but in the end, we ended up paying extras that were not transparent from the beginning. Even though we enjoyed the Italian tradition for food, the breakfast was average, and the staff seemed not to care much about details.

Great hotel for a Christmas getaway. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are really good, they have a nice gym and a spa which was perfect for the colder weather. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of variety. Lovely big pool with palm trees and sun beds. Close to beach and central to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms with balcony. Good shower but small cubicle. Daily room cleaning.
